Shawn Bell could be a name to watch here if he is let go at Baylor. Rhule hired him at Baylor. He has coached OL, TE’s and QB’s.

We don't know his buyout since Baylor is private. BUT I did personally hear their president give Aranda rave reviews in August of 2022. Wouldn't surprise me the least that she gave him a pretty sweet deal

Probably a good idea

There seem to be less hot coaching commodities on the market this year than in past years

I think its more of a financial decision by Baylor. I always thought he is supposed to be a great coordinator but his management skills are not a good fit to be a HC.
