Haha, Jeffries with a shhhh to the annoying UNA lady screeching "Miss iiiiit" on his free throws.
I just turned it on and got about two minutes of game time and I like the fact that we're playing defense against north Alabama like we should be playing defense against north Alabama.
It looks like we definitely have some energy, some athleticism, and surprisingly a good attitude and hustle playing defense.
Not a great ending to the 1rst half. Might be a few growing pains. Can’t help but be optimistic though.

I see we still practice this fire drill.
Crazy runs in that half. We had 17-0 and 12-0 runs and they finished the half on a 15-2 run.
And that is exactly why we're not ranked. We got a Lotta big unknowns on this team. We still have trouble with free throws, we still take too many jump shots, and we're still trying to figure out how to play with each other since we have so many new players.
I'm hoping they put it together by the middle of January at least I'm seeing a lot more possibility of this year's team especially their defense.

UNA is playing their *** off but it will end soon they don't have enough depth to keep running like this.
For an 11 minute stretch of game time UNA was whipping our *** by 17 points.
That's kinda ridiculous with the disparity in talent level.

That was really funny little skinny boy I thought he was gonna block Cameron Matthews from a dunk. I wonder if Cameron can catch a pass or kick a field goal?
This MSU team has at least 3 professional players on it.

We will win the games we should win….and lose some we should not. We will not upset anyone.
We will finish 2 games over 500 in SEC, good enough for 4th place….8 seed in Tournament. We will win the first game at buzzer to a mid major and then lose to UCLA by 24 points in 2nd round. That’s what the data says.
3 minutes left in the game and we haven't scored a point that wasn't a dunk, layup or FT since the very beginning of the 2nd Half. I hope that's an aberration.
