Kinda like that mighty b12 TCU pitcher in the first inning against WV last Saturday.
Not watching. Not supporting. Caught it on the radio while passing through central WV.
The marshall pitcher was 10 times worse. Just a freshman but damn, he wasn't even close on throwing strikes.
HIs Mom and the other 3 people who follow college baseball ( MU or otherwise) will be crushed by your analysis.
Wait, so are you saying Marshall doesn't support baseball? Your fans seemed excited when they announced 5 years ago they would be building a new stadium. Where is that stadium by the way?
Some people said that about the soccer field at Marshall too. That didn’t seem like a bad investment now.

I would agree, but with it being the only baseball in town, There is a chance to take advantage in Huntington. Watch the Herd, or spend a lifetime of savings to go to Cincinnati, or drive to Charleston to watch the Dirty Birds put your life at risk at night on the dreads of the east end of Charleston.

It's hard to run the bases in a tent. Besides, Omar doesn't travel below Rt. 50.
I usually make the trip to Cincy twice a year to have my heart broken by the Reds. But as we speak they're undefeated! I have never seen a Herd baseball game not even as a student but I was pals with Chip Cook the baseball coach's son...both good guys!

See what I mean ? It's always got to be on Marshall's terms or we are "skeert". The same tactics that resulted in us no longer playing in any revenue producing sport..........and like I've said a ton of times, it's not up to WVU to generate interest or sell tickets for MU.
In basketball in Charleston wasn't it a 50/50 split financially when the crowds were 80/20?
