Baseball draft / returning players

There are a lot of draft eligible players that didn't really get to show their skills this year. How does this affect the draft? Will more or less players return for another year? Ginn?

I saw where the NCAA is giving an extra year of eligibility to all spring sport athletes. I’m guessing that will give our juniors a little leverage they wouldn’t normally have. No idea if that means some or any would come back.
