I want to give a shout-out to the band. It's amazing to finally have a real Big Ten caliber band. This old band alum had a tear in his eye when they hit that Exit 9 formation. Bravo!

Agree. Strange question. What is the song they do that has a chant and a heavy horn component. Almost seams like something they borrowed from Howard.

I was blown away by the performance. 10 years ago we would try to figure out what shapes they were making on the field and came up with Amoeba every time. Friday they made a damn Ferris wheel!

I remember a late night on my dorm wing back in college where, for reasons I can no longer recall but almost certainly had to do with excessive alcohol consumption, we were in tears laughing uncontrollably for what seemed like hours over someone referring to amoebas as single-celled orgasms. For some reason, we found that hilarious.

It doesn't seem so funny now which kinda makes me sad.
