Really like how Saban puts his best players on special teams. Jameson Williams is on punt coverage for example. Scott could take a few pointers.

Bama is getting almost 6.5 yds a rushing attempt. There's no reason for them to throw the ball with the way they're running.

One thing clear is day is the speed on both teams. When both Alabama and Cincinnati run the ball it develops so quickly and the RBs hit the hole with decisiveness. Wish we had even half that speed on our team. That is the difference between a top 4 team and a team ranked somewhere at 100 or beyond.

Cincy's keeping it a lot closer against Alabama than Oklahoma or Notre Dame has in recent years.

Only way Cincy can get back into this game now is pure stupidity by Bama and all Bama has to do to finish this game off is run the ball on every play.

The fact that this Cincinnati team is even playing in this playoff is ridiculous. They have no business being here. They wouldn’t be .500 in the Big.

This game isn't remotely competitive. 302-76 in total yards and Cincy doesn't seem to have much to threaten Bama.

They would have a few losses for sure. THey don't have the LOS to compete in these type of games. MI and UGA would trash them as bad as Alabama is tonight.

Only reason it's even "this" close is because Bama went two drives where they decided not to run the ball when they're guaranteed 6 yds a carry. This should be a blowout.

Yep, it started as a complete overmatched LOS game on the first drive and that never changed throughout the rest of the half. Only reason Bama doesn't have a bigger lead is their stupidity of not just running every play.

Never put a G5 school into a 4 team playoff ever again. They will never have the LOS to compete in these games.

But Scott’s best players wouldn’t make any difference.

As I’ve mentioned previously being NU’s best is like being the prettiest girl in the trailer court.

That's silly. Having our best players out there instead of walk ons makes a big difference.

Cincinnati can't do anything offensively. Ridder is spooked in the pocket. The OL is getting manhandled, so they have to move the QB in the pocket just to get a darn pass off. The runs he made were broken plays. Alabama is sitting comfortable in a 7 man front.

and where did a couple of morons go that tried to attack my original post in this thread? ROFL. It didn't take much to know this was an overwhelming LOS mistmatch on the first drive of the game.

It looks like Scott Frost is calling the offense for Cincinnati today. "Insert fart noise here"
