No it wasn’t. It was basket interference. You cannot touch the ball while it’s in the cylinder. The cylinder extends above the rim.

If that was good there's no reason we can't just rip the ball away after the first bounce off the rim and not be goaltending.

Jay Williams agrees, it was in the cylinder which equates to goaltending and should have been called that way in live action. It cannot be reviewed and reversed. Review was on time only.
