Not the same situation. This one is more severe. I know a person that had to do time in the slammer for a year after an assault on a recruiting visit. He had to go to JUCO and ended up at a D2since no D1 school would touch him. Could get a shot at the NFL. In this case it's multiple women. His football carerr is dead brfore it got started.

Yeah, I see what you are going for...but ACTUALLY assaulting someone (assuming that is what he did but I sort of like the idea of innocent until proven guilty) is way worse than pictures on a phone.

did anyone get arrested for the actual assault on her? I never heard anyone doing anytime for the act, just the state wanting to charge the kid with pictures of it. If he was a white kid in des moines with a 2 parent family—-it does not make it this far.

Not justifying, expecting fairness of punishments. They should be based on crime/action not emotion or a parents influence
