after months away, I figured now was as goo a time as any to come back. With the Agee transfer I think the roster is basically set for the upcoming season. Based on what I’ve heard from summer workouts we should be able to potentially make another run to the tourney. Here are some things from my trusted source:
  • Roster chemistry should be improved with “a little less sulking” from some guys
  • Expecting to see a slightly different offense ran this year
  • Best all-around offensive player on the team is probably Jones. Don’t be surprised to see him as first off the bench to start the season and likely starting to end the season
  • I was told there’d likely be one change on the coaching staff, but so far I haven’t seen that come to fruition yet
  • People on the board are writing off last years freshman but I’ve been told that Pike feels confident they will be contributors this year. Not having the OOC last year def hurt their development

Thanks. Can you elaborate a bit on coaching change? Net positive or negative?

I have no inside knowledge whatsoever, but just from reading recruiting articles, you hear recruits talk about Karl Hobbs, Steve Hayn, and TJ THOMPSON, but not Brandin Knight. Is it possible Knight is moving on?

Not looking to start rumors, so please tell me if I’m completely off base here. The staff change could just as easily be Shoes taking that assistant job at St. John’s that was rumored a couple of weeks ago, but hasn’t actually happened to my knowledge.
