Imagine if Nebraska miraculously won out, capping their season off at 9-3. Only to subsequently get bent over by Michigan again and then lose in an embarrassing fashion at the Rose Bowl.

GawdI hope adding the four pack 12 schools changes some of these schools like Iowa and Minnesota Wisconsin hell even Michigan, yes I love a great defense but the offenses are living in the 1950’s

At least they supposedly have the #1 NFL draft pick and Lincoln Riley calling plays from the sideline begging for an NFL gig as well.
BIG West is the worst division in P5 by a large margin this year,

You guys said this last year...and the year before too. But the B1G West is 6-3 in their Bowl games.
Also did you just say the big west was 6-3 in bowl games last year?
Good catch. These trolls get more desperate by the week. I can't even imagine how pathetic of lives some of these people live where they would spend enough time watching a team just to troll a message board.

I forgot about that! That happened almost fifteen years ago, hard to believe. This years’ offense reminds me of Pelini first couple of years at Nebraska.
here is a list of the B1G West's bowl wins over the last 2 years:
Wisc over OkSt (Sr QB entered portal, did not play)
iowa over Kentucky (1st round QB opted out)
minn over Syracuse (D Coord took NU job, did not coach)
wisc over Ariz St
purdue over tenn (tenn had 100 more penalty yards than purdue, including phantom PI to give boilers extra play at the end of the game)
minn over west va (finished the year 6-7)

nobody celebrates Dec bowl wins, round 1 NCAA tourney wins and march baseball wins quite like loser B1G fans. still crowing about those huge Ws 2 years later!
It's weird you brag up your Man-crush and then belittle the competition. So HH is bringing the wood but the party is a dud?
I would 100% take it. That is what would happen if Bo was still our coach. Had Bo remained, we would dominate the Big 10 west, but always get destroyed in the Big Ten championship by Ohio State and Michigan.

Exactly. Year 1 Rhule era could very well end up like the Pelini era - minus the psychotic meltdowns. I'll take it! Maybe genuinely compete for conference title once or twice every dozen years, especially if NIL can mature/things become better adjusted legally
Yep, if our floor is Pelini level years, but every 3-4 years compete for a Big Ten title I would take that.

Now you say all the teams the B1G West beat stink. But during the season you were raving about how great Tennessee & Kentucky were.
None of this is about my opinion. This is about this board's claims that the B1G West is by far the worst division.
He threw two picks, looked like crap throwing the ball till we finally took a shot down the field to a wide open receiver. His defense is winning games. HH is managing. That's about it.

I don’t say those teams stink, I’m pointing out their best players and/or coordinators didn’t participate in the bowl games.
B1G west is the worst division. More proof is the fact no coaches/players are good enough to get poached/opt out of these meaningless December scrimmages, unlike their opponents
A December bowl game is quite literally the Super Bowl for B1G west teams while everyone else treats them like practice.

Not sure if serious. The West division came into being in 2014 and Bo got beat badly by Wisconsin, beat at home by Minnesota & took a poor Iowa team to OT (thanks to DPE) before pulling it out. WI, MN & IA either continued their success or improved (IA). The year prior, Bo lost to MN and got hammered by IA. Bo only beat WI one time and lost to NW. I doubt we would dominate the West division if Bo had been retained.
Well if the Bowl games don't matter...then none of the games matter unless you're undefeated.
