The question is does WVU put more money into their successful programs like men's basketball and women's soccer or do they throw the money at the programs who can use it like women's basketball, baseball and softball

Certain things could help all programs and WVU has already spend on their baseball program

I truthfully say reward Bob Huggins

He is recruiting up to KU and UT standards for the most part
Especially considering his players stay longer than one year

Jack up the athletic fee on the students' college tuition. Make em pay. I want free stuff.

Haven't seen the tax documents regarding WVU revenue but I am sure most of it comes in from ticket sales and media revenue

When Texas modernized DKR Memorial Stadium they put in first class suites to milk their alumni and the business community.

UT gets money while the movers and shakers are making business deals.

I believe the economy in WV is on the upswing so WVU should do the same in their venues.
