Why can't we have an Audi Crooks. WHY! There has to be another 1 out there somewhere. Baylor has 2 players on her at ALL TIMES. ISU's 4 can take a shot from anywhere on the floor she wants without a defender anywhere close to her. Audi create the biggest advantage in basketball I have ever seen on the offensive end of the floor and yet the actually lost this game against Baylor

Like to add if they can get this girl to drop about 40 lbs to increase her agility she would be even more incredible as it would make her less of a liability on defense.

Why have someone like Crooks when she isn't going to get the amount of touches or get fed the ball properly in the post (ex. Maria). Baylor is might be the first team that decided to double her because the games that I have watched her play she was being left in single coverage.

What a great player and fun to watch.

Just to be clear, she is a massive defensive liability and can only log 27 MPG due to stamina issues. But her coach has done a genius job at building an entire offense and defense around her game, and figuring out how to survive when she is out. It turns out Crooks's offense is so efficient that her bad defense does not matter. It will likely be years before you see such a unicorn again.

The above is not a knock on her: she is and should be a 1st team All-American. She was ranked around #50-60 coming out of HS and had some good offers, but not the elite programs. My bet is that some of the good offers she did get saw her as a project player that they would have to mold. She has proved them all wrong.

I bet she has received TONS of negative feedback from "fans" and coaches and talking heads through her career, so I am really rooting for her.

I am pulling for her too. Let us see how she does during conference play. The conference teams are definitely going to double team and triple team her just like the team that beat them did. If she stills put up those numbers during conference play then I will agree that she is legit.
