I think it will be interesting to measure the different attrition rates between the 2 signing dates in the future. I also think they should measure attrition rates between early enrollee's and standard start date enrollers. I bet you will see some difference.
My guess is that the Dec enrollee's would have a slightly higher retention pct and impact pct. I would also guess that early enrollees are more likely to bust/depart but also have a slightly larger success percentage(pct). Discuss.
