Cooking 5 lbs tonight for the game. Anyone have any recipes and preparation tips?

They've already marinated in Dales for 96 hours so I'm good there.

I have a shrimper that delivers on Saturdays, I'm going to prep and cook for tomorrow. 5lbs for $20 doesn't suck.

Sous-vide for 3 weeks minimum. It will be the most tender shrimp you've ever eaten.

Wanna try this.

We don't get them very often here.

I want my internal temp to be 180 degrees minimum. But let...them...rest. You don't want to tear into them right when you pull'em out.

Just a cool story for you Bros.

Me and the wife loves scrimps.
9 years ago, wife was extremely pregnant, miserable and overdue by a week or more. It was a Friday night, doc said we would induce on Monday.
Wife wanted some berl’d scrimps, so I get a few lbs, ; ber’l um up, and chow down.
Wife soon thereafter starts having contractions.. 36 looong hours later we have a beautiful baby girl.

7 years later after a few bouts of negative scrimp experiences... the lil gal is diagnosed with a shellfish allergy. Crushing for a couple of shellfish enthusiasts..
Always wondered if the allergy made her get out, or we made her allergic

Feed a cold, keep feeding a shrimp allergy.

p.s. that might not be great advice.
