Asheville vs Hickory Ridge

Well in the western playoffs, you can't get much of a longer drive than the 2 hours and 30 mins Asheville is going to have to travel and Erwin is going to have to travel. Guess we should have won more games
Maybe Erwin will postpone their game to Saturday, I'd like to see that one and I live by Sun Valley High, drive by the stadium everyday! Maybe I should do a rain dance for this area. Lol
Asheville doesn't survive against Hickory Ridge. Rest assured the Cougars are over-matched. This is a very good HR team.

Hickory Ridge is well balanced offensively/defensively. They have a big QB who can beat you with his arm or his legs. Pick your poison. They have good WR’s also that can catch. They have a big RB, #44 that is a bull dozer, but can be brought down if you wrap him up. Their defense can give you fits with their defensive line. They will make you try and beat their guy’s. They are well coached, very disciplined and will be ready to play. Look at them closely during pre-game warm ups and on the opening kickoff. You will see that they are excited just to be on the field and playing the game of football. They can be beat, but it will not be an easy task. They are very good at what they bring. Good luck!!

Cougar1975, you should do all your fellow Cougar fans a favor and disappear. For the rest, sorry about the loss. I was pulling for all MAC teams.
The entire season was a bad turnout. The talent well was very dry this year except for 1-2 guys.
Does that count as a broken promise?
Asheville will bounce back but for the sake of the real Cougar fans that have been on here for years and know football, I'm kind of hoping you don't.
As I stated. Asheville was over matched. You must have known nothing about Hickory Ridge to challenge my comment. I wasn't knocking Asheville but I know enough about both teams to forecast it correctly.
I think they were either 4-6 or 3-7. If I remember right, pretty much every Asheville team in the mid-80s had a record like that (despite future NFL 1st rounder Ray Roberts being on the 85 & 86 teams).
Dude. You were not pulling anyone. We lost nothing I can say. Your game was over until the dumb coach from Sun Valley kicked the ball deep. I am very clear that I will never root for Erwin. Like I have said every year. Erwin has never won anything and it want start this year. Rockets will pull this one out. A lot of respect for Reynolds. Not one ounce for Erwin...period.

Erwin could very well lose Friday and it would not shock me. We are slight underdogs in my opinion. I'm not trying to spark anything or stir the pot (congrats on a nice win by Erwin over SV, by the way), but you might want to check your math on how old he'd be if he was born in 1975.
