There are much better choices for some than UK.

I remember 2 or 3. (Names I forget) They lasted 1 year or less. If Rupp erred in recruiting, he was likely to correct it quickly. Rupp had his OADs of a different nature.:grimace: Does anybody remember Bobby? Slusher?

Meh, that quote doesn’t really fit this scenario.
Nick has been here for two years, EJ a year. They’re obviously smart enough.

No offense to the ghost of rupp, but converse wasn’t throwing down Nike money at players back then.

No offense to the ghost of rupp, but converse wasn’t throwing down Nike money at players back then.
That and the hardship rule wasn’t even implemented until 1971 and that took a Supreme Court decision. The Rupp era and this era can’t even be compared.
