I think he's a good one. He already knows how to delegate since he gave another coach the responsibility of calling the defensive plays so he could focus on every part of the team as the head coach. It cannot be easy to turn over the reigns to someone else after you've have been calling the defensive team plays all season. I'm hoping he does really good. I have a feeling he might be a great coach for us.

I think he's a good one. He already knows how to delegate since he gave another coach the responsibility of calling the defensive plays so he could focus on every part of the team as the head coach. He wasn't calling all the plays but he was making several hand signals during the game sending plays in. So I'm not sure that's entirely true but it worked
