It’s got to be nice to have the level of autonomy that Leach gives on that side of the ball. He straight up leaves you alone and has zero ego about it.

Not saying we keep Arnett, or any DC, around forever, but we have a pretty decent DC gig. Good pay. Total autonomy. Reasonable expectations. Solid local talent and defensive tradition.
