Army has benefited from two controversial rulings. Fumbled punt that looked like Temple recovered given to Army at their own 15. Army QB arm hit ball loose ruled fumble recovered at mid-field. Overturned on review. The network official was confident it was a fumble.

This Army team is a little different than what we are used to. They can actually throw the ball down the field and not on gadgets. Their QB is one of those dawgs you want on your side. Tough kid.

We should have the advantage in the trenches. We need our OL guys to figure out how to create just a little leverage on the line to let Watkins, Jackson, and Avant get started.

Only watched the first half and a bit of the second, and that QB is a damn tough kid, that makes great decisions regarding when to keep it and when to hand it off. His o-line played like you expect from all the service academies. Great fundamentals, knows their assignments, executes, and doesn’t make mistakes, even if a little undersized.

Army is going to create problems for who ever they play, including us.

Both army and navy are looking legit both off to good start. Watching them both will be very interesting.
