Lotta discussion about Bryce in the 9 hole, and Pat's right that it costs him quite a few at bats over a season.

But we just clearly saw the value of having a hitter the pitcher has to respect in that spot.

Man I'm glad Ace paid that off. He had some opportunities last night and just couldn't get one down or out for a key hit.
