Does anybody have any idea what just happened? Appeared to be a hbp, but the runner on the third came home, but the batter was out?

Edit: nvm. They showed it. Wasn’t a hbp. It was a passed ball and they guy in the on deck circle interfered with it. This game is a shitshow.
