We got a mini pipeline going of taking Texas school transfer…. so…

teams could do very well simply poaching high profile QBs who aren’t named the starter because they lost the position to another elite QB.

Burrow is an extreme example but top teams bring in a 4* or 5* QB every year and only one can start

to a lesser extent the same holds at other positions - a team could regularly win the big ten west with Georgia and Bama’s backups

There has been quite a carousel effect lately and it’s only growing.
