Agree. I was pretty much an Archie fan in the late 60s even though I was at State (not fully indoctrinated at that point). The game with Alabama/Scott Hunter was one of the best ever. The next year he played QB with a cast on his arm. I even liked Eli when he was with the Giants.

I think you’re being kind. He’s very average. Saw a clip a few weeks ago where someone said he’s still slow processing information & late on his passes. He grew up gong to the top passing academy in the country, sat behind a 7th round draft pick & is in his 2nd year starting. If he can’t process information by now, it just not going to happen. His draft rating is a joke. Some team is going to waste a pick.
