I think the self ban is still valid. Lee is coming back... then transferring. UMM swore Lee wasnt coming back at all.
I give UlisMyman credit. He was adamant that no matter how it turned out that Lee would not be back at UK for next season and he was right. He may have just gotten lucky on a guess but he was right.
I don't understand Lee's decision unless he burned the bridge with UK/Cal because he thought he was gone, but then got bad news from NBA teams regarding his draft stock. If not, why wouldn't he at least tough out one more year at UK and get his degree, chance for championship, and try NBA again next year with overseas as a backup.

Unless you can dig up some evidence, I am calling BS. I don't remember even addressing this issue. I have not been that invested in the Lee situation other than whether or not it was going to affect our ability to get Bolden. But while you are on the subject of your predictions, why not address your guarantee about Bolden?
I don't post much the last year or two, but I still read plenty. You don't take crap because of one thread or one opinion. It's your overall body of work. You're the one who needs to get over yourself.

Sir, I do believe you are right!. UMM is desperately trying to get out of this self ban. next he's going to be asking us to meet him in person to show us his not so right source.
I remembered him saying over and over that Lee is leaving for the draft or overseas no matter what, and if he was wrong, he'd self ban. UMM never for one second though He'd transfer.
No one here ever does an apology. At the end of the season I sort of did a reminder regarding an early very concerned post I made about Skal actually after one of his better outings against Miami. I saw he couldn't defend a big physical center or score (Cousins got in foul trouble the first half and then Skal did OK) with everyone blasting away at me, to eventually and unfortunately proven right (which was not what I wanted, but what I observed with his game). I got similar responses as you are. The best you can feel is that you were correct and take it at that.
I will admit I am surprised by Lee like others. He should have a big advantage with experience and would get the opportunity early on by default to be the starter (despite the typical posts about how everybody is a superstar who hasn't played one minute of college ball yet). If he couldn't keep his position then that would be on him. The good news his leaving takes away any controversy about the center position as whomever gets the majority of minutes now will have earned it.
