Agreed!! We should be top 10 at the very least because "We are Kentucky." No matter that we've been blown out no less than 5 times this season. Seriously, where do you think this team ranks? And is it really that upsetting to you to be 27th as opposed to say 24th or 25th?

) ... just for grins. Seriously, though, when we get to the tournament ... I hope we do not meet up with Tennessee again ... remembering what happened to us last year. It's damn hard to beat a team three (3) times. Plus, we may see them in the SECT.

This team could win games or lose games on any given day to any other team in P4. This isn’t a team I would say strikes fear into anyone in the bracket. Maybe it’s best that way, we could sneak up on someone in sweet 16 if we make it there. Or hell, maybe could just sneak up on a team in round of 32; or first round I guess? But I’ll be rooting as hard as I can.
Probably 200 teams that can beat us on a given night, who gives a crap if we are in the ap top 25?

I’m glad you’re one of the few on here outside of myself who actually realize the state of the program. I seen a post after the Florida game on a Facebook page that talked about the loss being encouraging because of the effort. I mean we are Kentucky and people have accepted being content with this.
I’m in the same boat. Our program is mid at best. These guys that live and sleep sunshine with this program are so full of it, it’s sick.
Our current state is IU on a low dose of TRT.

last study I saw on that was that the team that won the first 2 won the 3rd about 80% of the time.
Alabama beat us 3 times last season and every game was worse.
And that’s the best team Pope will ever have.
And that was because we did what the vast majority of teams do when up big and only a couple mins to go. That is run the clock out without even trying to get a good shot, and basically let the other team do down and score. Will never for the life of me understand this. Just play the damn game out. Oh, we don't want to look like we are running up the score. Yeah, was Gonzaga worried about that when they beat us by 35? So tired of playing that way. It's a man's game, not pickup at the Y.

Kansas eating well on their win over Houston. In the last 5 games, KU has lost by 16, 18 and 23, and they are still at 14. They could lose their last 2 and then 1 and done in the B12 tourney and still be a 4 seed. Sickening.
No team with 10 losses is ranked. One team with 9 is ranked, the vols. Kansas and Arky are the only ranked teams with 8. Not sure the the vols should be ranked given the way they cough up leads and lose.
yeah, that makes no sense. They beat an unranked UGA and were blown out by an unranked KY team.
I don’t even care what happened to teams directly above them…Not sure how that equates to moving up.
For that matter, TN went 0-2 last week and only dropped one spot.
Y’all have to admit that UK hosting Vandy on a White/Blue out and then seeing Vandy move up after losing is a sign of the apocalypse, right?
As for the logic, AP Poll is a joke. We should have been 15-19 at worst this week and those clowns had us at 25. I figured we would drop out too based on how bad the AP poll usually is.
But…
Almost everyone lost last week so our win over UGA and road loss at UK shouldn’t have and didn’t really hurt us.
If you’re just comparing Vandy to UK, there is no argument saying the Cats should be ahead of Vandy.
Q1 and Q2 wins:
VU is 14-7
UK is 10-10
Cats whipped our butts this weekend but the other 28 games has VU ahead of UK.
Now, I loved the way y’all played Saturday. If Chandler goes for 23, I think the Wildcats can play with anybody in the country. Looking forward to the game tomorrow night at A&M and hope y’all keep it up.
