AP Poll makes serious mistake?

WVU tied for #42. But the only poll that counts is the playoff poll. We'll be living in that poll in our quest for a big 12 title and playoff spot.
First Tony BRAGS that marshall received more "others receiving votes" in a poll. Now he scoffs at the idea. Typical. Then again, he is the lone voice in the wilderness proclaiming this is the year Purdue returns to respectability.
Of course, they're playing them. It's just like every year they played us, "they sucked", but every year we haven't, "they would beat us".... It's quite funny actually.
That one sympathy vote Marshla got for going 13-1 againt the worst schedule in the history of college football will never....ever....be forgotten as their greatest season.
Usually going 13-1 againt a top 100 schedule gets you a New Years day Bowl and millions. Marshla not so much....just one little symapthy vote.

We're lucky that we just happened to catch them on the only 12 years in our histories that we had the better team.
You happened to catch us with White and Smith....Trickett and Howard ain't in the same class but I suspect you must have noticed that without us pointing it out!
They are certainly no Cato or Birdsong .... thankfully. They wouldn't last 2 games in the Big 12.
True...Cato is a professional football player and Howrd and Trickett never will be.....Birdsong has the size and ar mstrength to play at the next level but let's see how he does before we annoint him!
Trickett was throwing for more yards than Smith and White when he was healthy. And you couldn't stop Mallard either. Don't fool yourself .. We pounded #4 Baylor 41-27, had #2 TCU on the ropes, hung with top ranked Bama, no way can Marshall stay within 3 TDS of West Virginia.
BTW we'll be top 15 in FB and BB this year by beating other top 25 Power teams.
Our starters would have been out, shortly after halftime, just like the last time we took them behind the woodshed...
