Look guys it takes time. It is building relationships quickly. You are speed dating these guys trying to see who fits from a standpoint of play but also personality, do we mesh and how thill this player play with our group. Plus right now we do not have any assistants to help with the process. We need to give it time. We will miss on some guys, we would have missed on some no matter what. Mark has said the same thing over and over. He is looking for players that can play his style of ball. He will not just take player x or z because they are names x or z. If they do not fit he will not go after them.
