There's an interesting and recently released doc on him out...it's not going to win an Academy Award, but it was short and you learned that he seems to be a fairly successful family man and entrepreneur, he has also had some super devestating surgical recoveries.
. . . and he's a police officer? I bet there's more law abiding citizens in that county.
Sorry LionJim, I didn't mean that in a negative way. Most of my LE friends lift regularly.
Strength like a World's Strongest Man competitor, but a multiple time Mr Olympia bodybuilder. If you don't yell "lightweight baby" during your lifting session multiple times, did you really lift?
