There was this from another thread but no idea what it means:

Thinking it's Walters. But as time goes by, that seems less likely and this gets more interesting.
Frost is waiting for the Walters situation to conclude. Walters still is in the running for other jobs. And remember that Frost hasn't even been on board a full week yet. In terms of getting his assistants lined up, Frost already is well ahead of other new head coaches like Chip Kelly and Mullen who were hired earlier than him.
