To me it would be good to make an announcement like this during this time because of the attention in recruiting, but it is too late now with the UF issue. Once it is over he will get a raise if he is still here.

I'm talking about showing an obviously top young head coach that we'll pay whatever we can to keep him. No reason for him now to be making more than a million less than Nutt. With the TV money, we can, and should pay Dan around 2 million.
