Just read an article about this helmet fiasco. They will need to draw the line soon, they can suspend him the entire year and not have to pay him if they want to go that direction. Either he is finding a way not to play preseason or he is just being an idiot or both. I say, the leash needs to get shorter.

Yep. You know it has to be bad when you virtually give away one of the most productive receivers the league has seen in awhile.

I heard just a few minutes of Cowherd talking about it. Basically, he says most guys are motivated by earning the big payday. Once they get it, some guys can continue to motivate themselves and perform, some can't. Clearly AB doesn't give af anymore. He's always been a headache but performed, now he's a headache that doesn't perform.

How, in this day and age, has the helmet manufacturer not made a custom helmet for him? I mean, Nike made custom shoes for Zion last year.
Does seem odd to see the manufacturer not able to make a helmet that can be certified for him.

It is my understanding he is trying get his old helmets certified. We did the same thing in HS, they had to be certified to be used.
He would no problems finding a new helmet that is certified. Old ones, not as easy.
How do we know he isn't going to perform? He had 100 plus grabs, 1200 yds, 15 TDs last year
