Any leaders

I'm not gonna bash our team cause everyone else is, but what's frustrating is I can't name one leader on this team offense or defense. Not once have we seen a player(s) on sideline get their own players confident no one talks to each other. The whole offense said we were out of rhythm but why did we not see someone step up on the sidelines to get things going. Can't always be coaches we need a strong leader on this team and we just don't have one.

I think Jack's doing a good part. Not as vocal but he has their respect, and mine.

you can't force someone to be a leader, it just doesn't work that way. The individual has to "want" to be a leader.
