Any exterminators or termite guys on the board?

I'm selling a newer house (built in 2018) for a client. The house was insulated with stray foam throughout. The exterminators that have had the bond on the property since 2018 are now saying they can't give us a termite letter because they cannot see what's behind the insulation.

Any advice? Call another inspector and see if they say "17 it" and give the letter?

Find an exterminator with a thermal camera. That's how it's done out here in Texico.

How would they move normal fiberglass insulation since it's sealed behind the drywall? You don't want them destroying your house to issue a termite bond.

When we sold our house the termite guy checked around the tubs, windows, doors, garage. Took 10 minutes tops.

I’d say find another inspector.
