If this is real, I expect it will show up in court and action would be taken as appropriate. However, unless that happens, I think it is time for all Americans to come together and move this country forward. The Electoral College met today and certified the election for Biden. God bless America!
The "expert" behind the report was hired by the Trump campaign and is from a Dallas-based firm that has no expertise in election administration or technology but does have a history of amplifying fake documents. Oh yeah, he is also the same idiot who confused districts in Minnesota and Michigan in a previous court case, as the Detroit Free Press reports:
"Ramsland, a cybersecurity analyst and former Republican congressional candidate, mistook voting jurisdictions in Minnesota for Michigan towns in one recent flawed analysis of voter turnout in the Nov. 3 election. In another, filed in support of a federal lawsuit filed in Michigan, he made wildly inaccurate claims about voter turnout in various Michigan municipalities claiming that Detroit, where turnout was 51%, had turnout of 139%, and that North Muskegon, which had turnout of 78%, had voter turnout of 782%."
Here's what the state of Michigan's Election Elections Director said of the report: it "makes a series of unsupported conclusions, ascribes motives of fraud and obfuscation to processes that are easily explained as routine election procedures or error corrections, and suggests without explanation that elements of election software not used in Michigan are somehow responsible for tabulation or reporting errors that are either nonexistent or easily explained."

As the election administrator notes in this article, all ballots in Michigan are marked by hand so if the Trump campaign had any actual evidence of fraud, they could have asked for a hand recount of every ballot in the state, which they never did. Regardless, just to be totally transparent, the Michigan Bureau of Elections and Antrim County will be conducting a hand tally of ballots to confirm the results. As a reminder, when Georgia did a hand recount of their ballots, the results matched the machine results.
Just amazing to me that after like 25 of these kooky conspiracy theories have been debunked, you credulous goobs keep getting all excited about the next one.

DUDE!!! I was going to do the quick research to debunk this one, but you are bringing the heat. It's amazing how folks can discount actual experts and their proof that the election was secure and then believe EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON. that says it wasn't .

Sir, it is over. The Electoral College has voted and the vote has been certified. The procedure has been followed according to the laws of this country. Joe Biden is officially the President Elect. It is time to move our country forward and focus on how we solve the problems facing us, so that we can get back to some form of normalcy. God bless America!
We will all get a lesson on the electoral process and the constitutional provisions for a contested election.
The alternate slate of electors will fail because 1. They are not certified by the state governments and are not official and 2. They would have to be accepted by the Senate AND House, which I think we can all agree won't happen. So, ultimately, I can't see this going anywhere. God bless America!

As the counting of votes in Arizona, Georgia, and especially Pennsylvania continues, most of the press and punditry have concluded that Vice President Biden has won the 2020 election. Certainly, a substantial majority of the rest of us are suffering from “election fatigue” and eager for this drama to be over. Without disagreeing with the conventional wisdom about the final tally when all the legal votes are counted, I believe the current consensus is missing the fact that Trump has a second, viable stealthy road to victory.
As the counting of votes in Arizona, Georgia, and especially Pennsylvania continues, most of the press and punditry have concluded that Vice President Biden has won the 2020 election. Certainly, a substantial majority of the rest of us are suffering from “election fatigue” and eager for this drama to be over. Without disagreeing with the conventional wisdom about the final tally when all the legal votes are counted, I believe the current consensus is missing the fact that Trump has a second, viable stealthy road to victory. I’m reluctantly betting that the debate about who won will continue until at least January 6 when slates of electoral college members are opened in Washington, and most likely beyond that as whatever is decided then is appealed by the loser to the Supreme Court. My conclusion reflects the analysis of my colleague in the Applied History Network at the Belfer Center which is below.
As he notes, this stealthy road follows in the footsteps of a number of previous contested American elections, especially the 1876 election that pitted Tilden v. Hayes. Then as now, each state must decide on a group of electors to meet with a joint session of Congress on January 6 where the winner of the presidential election is declared. The normal practice in a state where Biden won the popular-vote total would be for state election officials to certify the results and send a slate of electors to Congress. But state legislatures have the constitutional authority to conclude that the popular vote has been corrupted and thus send a competing slate of electors on behalf of their state. The 12th Amendment to the Constitution specifies that the “President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.” That means that in the case of disputes about competing electoral slates, the President of the Senate—Vice President Pence—would appear to have the ultimate authority to decide which to accept and which to reject. Pence would choose Trump. Democrats would appeal to the Supreme Court.
Alternatively, if at that point, no candidate has the required 270 electoral votes, the 12th Amendment stipulates, “the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.” Currently, Republicans have a state delegation majority with 26 of the 50 states and they appear almost certain to keep that majority in the new Congress. A vote of the states would then elect President Trump for a second term. And again, Democrats would appeal that outcome to the Supreme Court.
As the analysis below notes, these issues are even more complex. But to repeat the bottom line: both the words of the 12th Amendment, and historical precedent offer a credible, stealthy, winding road that could lead to Trump’s victory and a second term. Or as the saying goes: the opera ain’t over till the fat lady sings.
