That appears to have not been mentioned among all this QB talk and who is more suited for what and what not.

Frazier played in an offense where they ran upwards of 70 % of the time and may have been closer to 80 according to Benning. I hadn't sat and added up the numbers.

According to sports reference Frazier had 342 rushes in 35 games which is a solid 9.75 carries per game. And only 462 pass attempts in his career.

It does not seem completely out in left field to me Tuco's mention that no Frost QB has averaged more than 9 rush per game. Especially considering his offense as a whole runs the ball essentially whole third of the time less than TO.

Frazier didn’t need to run that much on those teams - where he was absolutely money is on critical 3rd downs etc where basically the call was Tommie get us that first down

Barrett at OSU was like that - In the CCG there were several critical 3rd downs and short to medium yards. Meyer basically hiked the ball to Barrett and told him to go get those 3 yards.

Tommie used to have around 10-15 pass attempts per game a lot of the time and it was not at all unusual for them to rush for over 400 yards in a game.

Frost's offense is not that. Milton was throwing 30+ times a game last year.

UCF QBs averaged 9.5 rush attempts/game and 32.6 pass attempts/game last season. Job #1 is to distribute the ball to the playmakers in space for Frost QBs.
