Heard Freedom may be out Saturday. No worries, we stock piled talent on the D-Line after our move to the Big Ten.
No doubt, heard he was in a boot but still might give it a go Saturday. Hopefully not serious. Hopefully the medical staff has stocked up on boots this year.Seriously? Holy hell that would be a blow.

How is this possibly related to Freedom's injury?...and we hired the best coach money can buy!

Yep, last year was ACLs, this year groins and boots. As soon as one guy returns two more are lost, always out 2-4 weeks. If no ne else goes down (so unlikely) they could have everyone back by November but the season could be flushed by then. That's why winning last week over a team you should still beat at less than 100% health was critical, you're buying time. That's a haunting, haunting loss.I can't ever remember this many soft tissue injuries this early in the season. Muscle stains severe enough for multiple weeks out of action, stress fractures, multi-week ankle sprains. Better than fractures and ACL's, but it just seems like a lot more than normal.

And how effective he will be regardless of how much is another. As of today, they're planning on him playing. How much is the better question.
