Josiah Allick. Don’t see any discussion of him. Started for New Mexico last year.

Averaged 8.4 points and 7.3 boards starting all 34 games for the Lobos last season. Not a splash transfer.

This is a very good pickup, in the sense that he is a guy who will play his *** off and do the dirty work inside. He will be much better than Breidenbach.

7+ boards a game is pretty darn good. Put that kinda rebounding with Keita, Gary and maybe the Iowa transfers defense, and we kinda start looking like a big ten team.

We’re already guaranteed to be watching the tourney at home during the 2nd weekend

Doesn’t get more B1G than that

Good pickup. His NM highlights show a lot of energy and ability to score in the paint. Very athletic.

Fred's done pretty well in the portal this year. Now, please incorporate the ball movement and movement without the ball that we saw during that good stretch of conference play last season. Don't revert back to being the program where everybody just stands around and waits for his turn to shoot. Anyone who wants to play that way needs to find himself on the bench.

I watched a lot of New Mexico this year (I watch a lot of mtn west in general)

They’ve got good players & certainly a much better program, right down to their marked home court advantage. Would’ve been a tourney team had they not collapsed in late Feb/March.

He’s an active rebounder. Can never have too many of those, especially given our overall & 3pt field goal %

Mountain West football and basketball is fun to watch. Sounds like I'm not the only one who watches that league when the chance arises.
