Better athlete, bettee player and piece in comparison to Penn State's John Harrar, especially on the defensive end....quicker leaper, leads in offensive rebounding for Big East.

As a 1 year rental, absolutely capable of playing a backup role to Cliff.....or playing at the PF if you want to run pick and roll/lob to the basket.......Mulcahy would find him for a dunk a game.....

Have to watch the games....RU doesn't have any front line footspeed or athletic abilities....Harrar can body and crash, but isn't moving his feet outside of the paint or offering the ability to guard anyone at the 4 position. He's just an undersized 5, who you really can't play extended minutes with Cliff at the 5.
Harrar is also going to have more suitors who need him at the 5, where he's best suited, likely as a starter. He's not starting over Cliff at RU.
Agree, this guy has an active motor. He is also relentless going for offensive rebounds. Since Rutgers is not an elite shooting time, we need offensive rebounding. Get back to our rebounding numbers from Pike's first few years when we hammered teams going for rebounds.
Along those lines, we need the current guards to rebound like Mike Williams.
If I am Pike, I am telling Mathis, McConnell and Mulcahy..."you want more minutes, go get some offensive rebounds"
