I couldn't believe how this spread like wildfire on twitter yesterday. Seemed to be everywhere.

yea kinda crazy that a video from an open gym/pickup game would spread so fast. I'm ready to watch his final season as a Blue Devil. The McClung and Zac Ervin combo is a dynamic duo for such a small public school in far southwest VA. id recommend anyone to come watch a game if your near the Gate City area.....the atmosphere is electric and it will be sellout crowds every night. if you don't get to the game at least 45 mins - 1 hour before start time you won't get a ticket and will only be allowed to watch the game from the big screen TV they set up in the cafeteria.
I'm over watching MM dunk. I get it. He's a great athlete with big time hops. I want to see if he can play.
I want to see the WBB team play skins vs. shirts.
This is a feel good thread about a future Rutgers player.At the same time point guards in the B1G rarely get the opportunity to dunk in games unless its on a fast break.McClung's success as a college players will be dependent on passing ,minimizing turnovers and shooting 3 pointers which is the same criteria for evaluating Sanders.
I would've assumed most of us rutgers fans want to see one of our recruits when they make sports center top 10 of the week, but hey, maybe that's just me.
You realize the dunk isn't the only impressive thing about the video, right? We need guards with impressive ball handling..very underrated weapon.
His handle is loose on the spin. He'll need to work on that. And he's playing against some random kids in a pickup game. Kid in orange was late/lazy. Orange should have gotten a hand in there/possible steal. Late help side D by other 2 under the basket. Against D1 competition, he doesn't get the shot off. Impressed with his athleticism? You bet. Don't mean to rain of anyone's parade. I just want to see a full body of work.

Those aren't random kids, those are his teammates. Why does anyone feel the need to pick apart an impressive display of ball handling and athleticism by one of our commits?
well you'll be waiting over a year to know if he can play at the D1 level. Him averaging over 30 pts, 5-8 asst, and say 5 steals at the 2A level won't prove anything really because people will point out he's playing at the 2A level. If it wasn't for the fact that Mac plays on a team with another D1 prospect he could easily average 50+ pts a game and no telling what his other stats would look like. Theres no one in Southwest VA that can stop him.....and really not many people 1 on 1 in the whole state of VA on any level that can stop him. He touches up his defensive skills and Rutgers will have a truly special player on their hands.
