No he didn’t sign. Like most summer league guys it’s a verbal thing just to play then they are done. Not an actual signed pro deal.

No he didn’t. He ran out of eligibility and therefore was technically draftable. He didn’t leave early and “declare” for the draft. Taking your own words don’t talk about things you don’t know.
It’s just like euros. After they are 22 they become draftable even without declaring.
