If he has the ability to handle the ball, hopefully he makes the sophmore leap in ability and we have a stabilizing option to break the press. He has a good enough 3pt% to make people come out on him too, so that can only help us with spacing and countering zone d with some lineup combinations.

Thinking back, the thing I hated the most about DJ’s career was that he redshirted his first year (when we could have used the extra depth near the seasons end) only for him to leave early anyway. So he could have been THAT much better had he played that first season. Hindsight I guess.

Anyone who can dribble without losing the ball is more dependable than Stewart.

Guy has some killer hops for his size. His ball handling looks suspect (swings it wide like Stewart), but he has great speed, acceleration, and at least a better long-ranged shot than Deivon.

Loved the guy and his play last year in a passive role but when put in a lead role he failed
