EDIT: How many QB did these fools bring in that never made it to their senior year? 6? 7?

Let's see... .I got

1) Ty Evans
2) Tray Rutland
3) Mike Henig
4) Josh Riddell
5) Wes Carroll

That makes (*what I think are) both QBs in the '05 signing class, both QBs in the '06 signing class, the lone QB in the '04 signing class... hell, all of 'em, doesn't it?

*too lazy to look them up

every single QB recruit that Croom recruited and gave scholarships to decided they didn't want 4 full years of the ****. After all, Omarr Conner (Sherrill recruit) did ride it out, although Croom replaced him with Henig. God bless Omarr.

The more I think about it, the less sympathy I have for the man. If the inability to retain ANY of your quarterbacks through their senior years doesn't indicate that your offense blows, I don't know what would.

if Henig wasn't made of glass, then Omarr would have finished his senior season at wide receiver anyway.

I say the three best QBs that Woody got the privilege of coaching during the Croom error were:

1) Omarr Conner
2) Josh Riddell
3) Tyson Lee

in no particular order. If Croom had used an offense that suited Omarr, I think he would've been the best by far. A Sherrill recruit, of course.

had already graduated and just decided not to stick around even though he had another year of eligibility. He got married and went to Seminary instead. I don't think he was ran off like the other guys were.

But your point was made.

I heard Fla Atlantic was really pushing to get him, they where in dire need of an undersized, below average arm back-up.

if ever in the history of SEC Media Days a underclass player represented his school, only to transfer out the next season. Gotta be a first.
