She thought it was unfair because she was doing it on her own time? Why was she being punished?

Because the 5th grade students deserve to know whether or not that is Elmer's glue all over their desk.

While she may not be smokin hawt, she messed up. She could have had way better than him.
Not to sound sexist but women have weird tastes in men these days. I see good looking girls hanging out with bald, out of shape guys that look like they are janitors or just got out of prison. They don't look twice at guys like me anymore (still got hair, no tattoos, have a career).

Naw Im already married and have kids (was married back when I was in the early 2000s). But based on the way things are now I'd have no luck if I went back into the dating pool.

showed up to my first class after lunch in 8th grade once and the desks were either knocked over or completely out of line. Teacher was frazzled as I asked "what's been going on in here?". Her and a fellow teacher (I had both of them) were always chatting, coming into each other's classes, etc.. not too hard to figure out.

As already alluded to above, I'm guessing those guys either have a big wallet in their back pocket, a big something else in their front pocket, or both.

I teach...this kind of stuff happens a lot, especially when you first start off teaching. I imagine it is the same as it is in all jobs. New teachers come in...staff tends to go out on Fridays for a quick drink...flirting starts...it carries over to the workplace and then you start having fun. Honestly, guys just like getting off...girls like the excitement and sneaking around part of it.

I dated a girl who's teacher and her were busy when she was 15, I met the dude once and I can honestly say homeschooling my daughter might be the best. This kind of stuff happens way more than it should

I think you just described the normal workplace for most Americans.

Yeah, I think so...I don't think it is happening everyday but we all know it happens.

Shoot...a old lady retired at my school...years ago...she had taught there for 50 years...in the back of her closet in her classroom...half a bottle of scotch!
