the sec wants to tank the ncaa.....
I think we got in trouble with the ncaa once for giving poor kids books...
I'm not sure having a kid practice is that bad of deal...

Nothing better than an "I heard" post from someone with 3 posts (two of them right here). I mean this sincerely: who cares?
doesn't mean he's not right and has a good source. Personally I've suspected it was an "insider" of some sort as well but haven't heard it anywhere but here. Disgruntled former employee maybe? Remember on the way out the door Rutledge said, "they need to have an on the field coach responsible for special teams". Frost had plenty of guys who didn't like him in college for whatever reason and some have been extremely critical on sports talk radio in Omaha. A former co-host of Sports Nightly about blew my mind a few weeks ago with the venom he spewed at Frost on 590. Is it a coincidence that I don't believe he's on Sports Nightly anymore? I'm drawing a blank on that guy's name right now. Damn it sucks to get old.

who cares? the biggest numb nut in this is Frost. First off you follow all the rules period. Second, if you are going to take a risk make it worth it. Dont get in trouble for something like this. That shows stupidity. i can't figure out what is wrong with frost
I can see why you post on the free board, you are an idiot

Why Ben McLaughlin.. He hasn’t been let go..
Former player with a unibrow. Damn I can't believe I can't remember his name. He was a fairly regular guest co-host on Sports Nightly and I think has a podcast. I tried looking his name up but it appears he's been erased from Husker sports history. He destroyed Frost with some extremely snarky commentary a few weeks ago. My impression is that he wants him gone. Good but not great defensive player if I remember correctly. Linebacker?

Got it. Jay Moore. Played at Elkhorn. Might have been July 27 Handley show.

Bring back the option.
Frost was asked about this on the nightly show the other day. He says he wants to keep a few option plays, but doesn't want to go back to that as a full time system because you need to be balanced in your attack.

Also, he's recruited more pro style qb's and receivers, so I don't think we are going back to the option, although Logan Smothers could run that scheme.

Carricker?
Jay Moore. Carriker has been pretty supportive. He was one of the former Huskers who early on said "5 years to get the roster where it needed to be". Carriker was very close to the program and knew very well how far our talent level and S&C had slipped under first Bo and then Riley.

Recruited by Frank. Finished under Callahan.

Wait until he realizes those plays are working….maybe, just maybe there’s hope.

Yeah you're right. I was off on the Sports Nightly comment. It was Big Red Wrap Up. I was thinking TV and then giving the name of the damned radio show. Duh. It will be interesting to see if he shows up on BRWU. Must have been the 3rd COVID shot I got this week.

You guys just named everyone lol
Jay Moore is a former player that likely has some inside access and has been publicly critical of the program on sports talk shows and his podcast. It's pretty clear that somebody is feeding information to shock jock Twitterverse douche bags. People are guessing at who it might be. That's all.
