Announcers for Saturdays game

Jason Bennetti broadcasts Chicago White Sox games on TV. He is a great announcer, but might be a bit of “homer.” Hopefully he doesn’t have much to talk about from the Northwestern side.
Huard had something like 6 turnovers in that game. Think he came in considered a Heisman candidate - not sure his career ever recovered. He started 2 games for top 10 rated Husky teams against NU and didn't finish either game. No doubt he has bad memories of NU.
Pro sports in Chicago > Evanston college team from what I often hear from Northwestern fans.
Chicago Media basically ignores the Wildcats mostly.
Agree with you here. Chicago media also ignores U of Illinois. More stories about Notre Dame than U of I or NW
You mean, you don't want to hear Matt Millen 100 times a game talk about how someone was a high school wrestler?
Not really. He was such a lousy part of the Lions organization.
I remember when he and Bruce Clark, the other DT were at Penn State. After the game all they did was ***** about the way the NU Oline kept going after their lower body. They found out benching 500#'s wasn't that effective when NU kept taking their base away.
I just don't like anything about the way he is as a commentator.
He has cerebral palsy. Apparently, that is the reason for the eye condition.
