Because Huntington is a border town. Bevin tried to stick it to the teachers. I know teachers there. Bevin is a piece of ****...and he and Mitch are tied up in this Russian aluminum company getting a freeby in a new industrial park - one of the Russians who was banned from the US under Obama and trump lifted the ban.
