My point is a team with a first year head coach and staff has a team that looks more organized in year 1 than a team who has a coach and most of the staff that has been here for 4 years.

Exactly.. In year 4 we still make dumb mistakes and some of worse time in a game.. SF teams beat them more times than not after 4 years it’s not going to change..
