The past few nights, I feel as if my body is trying to fight off something.

I convinced myself I had fever earlier this evening. Got up to check it.....97.7. Turned out to be a lot of blankets and a face sunburn playing tricks on me.

Don’t hold onto that Fever thingy. I hardly ever get fever no matter the infection. I had a major dry cough, sore throat, and congestion and the doctor called it bronchitis. I still wonder but he said although fever is one of the symptoms it is not necessary for a positive test. Treating with the steroid pack, cough syrup and amoxicillin and other than an occasional cough and a constant headache/neck ache, I feel better than I did last week-weekend and the end February time period, when I first got the coughing spells. But I only had fever 1 day and it never got above 100.5.

The thing that makes this situation worse it’s during our cold and allergy season. They have listings of symptoms to watch for. Check them out. Pay attention but also realize hospitals are being overwhelmed with calls and visits that are from paranoid people.
If you aren’t running fever in this state and having shortness of breath they aren’t going to test you. They are trying to catch the advanced cases on limited tests

Keep in mind it's the start of allergy season as well.

For the first time this year, yesterday my car was covered with pollen. It's in full swing here now. Cherry trees are blooming, and a few trees have little leaves poking out. Might be a little early for leaves.

Probably just worry, but you no doubt come into contact with more people than the average person. Keep watching and get tested if you think necessary.

Here, in the drive thrus, you no longer need a doctor's order to get tested. There's a doctor on site that triages you, and if he feels you need to get tested you get tested first for flu, then if that's negative you go to the Covid 19 line. Apparently the flu test is practically instantaneous.

Yeah I’ve had sore throat for a week and have been more tired than normal. Ears hurt and headache and I know it’s all this pollen and allergies but there is that 5% that says “what if?”
