Am I crazy?

I'm debating going to Cleveland, by myself, for the S-16 and E-8. Unfortunately, living in Pennsylvania I am the only Cat fan I know in my area, and none of my family follow the Big Blue like I do. It leaves me without any other option but to go by myself.

I would go with you if I could! But I have to be in Nashville next weekend. I went to Syracuse by myself in 2010 for the Thursday game, then dragged Mr. YouKay with me for the regional final. It's worth it. There are so many UK fans there and you can go to the pregame pep rally and have a blast.

I went to Syracuse for the e-8 game by myself! Scrapped every last penny I had at the time just to get there! Luckily, financial aren't an issue now. I am about 90% sure I am going to go. Like the guy above said, I will be kicking myself for sure if I don't

Me too, I was unemployed at the time.

This team is going to make history, and if you have any way to get to see it in person, you should. I'm really dying this year because I haven't been able to see UK at all and won't be able to get to any of the tournament due to other travel for family things during this time.

Kentucky basketball is like an addiction. Once you've seen it, the euphoria grows stronger and stronger. Pretty soon Thursday's and Saturdays Are notenough. Next thing you know you want it on Monday nights as well. Label me a UK junkie. I think I speak for the rest of us when I say go get your fix. We are all feigning for our next fix. Go and get it for us please! When you do don't come back until you have the trophy as well.

like attending a concert by yourself. you think it would be a drag without so and so going with, but it's better. you take it all in more and even make some new friends. i'd do it, it will be special to you. most of all you really feel like a close fan. it's different.

Honestly , you can get GOOD seats at CHEAPER prices when you are just wanting a single . If you are buying from a scalper use this leverage and negotiate . They have trouble selling singles .

so, here is what we do.....

All of us who want to go, show up and buy those single tickets from the scalpers; after all none of us "know" each other anyway right? Can you imagine them having to deal with us one by one? hehehe

We might end up grouped somewhat together and have a helluva time!!!

Does anyone have an idea what the ticket might cost for one person? For a reasonable price, I would be tempted to make the drive. I doubt if I can get what I call reasonable, however!

Preacher, I have been looking just a sites for single person tickets for all sessions, and the cheapest I have found is 350ish
