I would argue the fashionistas are the people that enjoy a different uniform every week. ......and the schools that have to put on a fashion show in the locker room to showcase this weeks special uniform.

I can’t decide if he’s 15 or 75.
Sometimes he uses lingo that freshmen in high school do and other times he talks about driving slowly and blocking traffic in the left lane on the interstate. His age is truly a mystery to me.
All this uniform bs is just a bunch of nothingness. Not one single game was ever won or lost because the uniform colors. '
but Oregon!!! They changed because of the NIKE money not the uniform colors.
Why in the heck to people care about this crap is beyond me. I would rather argue with a doomsayer over OL recruiting when we lose a guy that we won't ever even need than see this whining about a jersey.

So, you're thankful to Adidas for "handing Howland to us"? Really? The highlight of his hire has been the fact he replaced Rick Ray, the worst head basketball coach anywhere. And, black and gray are not our colors, they need to dump that crap asap along w/ the creamy yellow baseball ones too.

It's rare, but I agree with you, MawMaw. We both may be wrong, but I agree with you on the Adidas angle. The grey uni, or what little we have seen of it, does look bad though.
That would be great, so we can commiserate with the NC State fans and collectively get these trash uniforms out of the way.
Howland has not lived up to expectations based on his past results, but Howland has still been a successful coach for us. He underachieved in 2019-2020. Other than that, he's been pretty good. If we make the tournament this year, he will have made two tournaments, and two NITs with deep runs in seven years. That's not bad for us and that's after taking on a rebuild that for better or worse had a lot of upper classmen his first year (which meant he basically started over his second year). If he repeats his performances from year 3 through 5 in years 6 through 8, that will be two NCAAs, two NITs, and two missed tournaments in six years. That is a pretty decent performance and not something we'll likely repeat with our next coach unless we make a good hire.
His conference finishes starting his third year have been T7th, T6th, T4th, and 9th. That's certainly not great, but again, that's about what we can expect for our basketball team unless we just make a phenomenal hire.

Yeah I'm thankful for Howland. He's a good coach and a better person. I still have memory of us flying to Hawaii under Ray with 7 scholarship bball players to get rolled by UNC by 40 points and Vanderbilt and Missouri beating us by 40 that year as well. Howland might not have 3 straight FF's here but we aren't UCLA and we don't get UCLA talent so to expect him to come anywhere close to that type of success here is insanity thought. As for your dress attire for Saturday idk man eat a snickers you'll find something to wear I promise.
